Right of Withdrawal
This information applies to consumers who buy Cursora Pro. The free Cursora plugin and the free trial of Cursora Pro cost nothing.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Webagentur Hochmeir e.U., Moorweg 7, 4845 Rutzenmoos, Austria, email support@cursora.webhoch.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email or a letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
You conclude the purchase contract with our reseller Freemius, Inc. We forward a withdrawal sent to us to Freemius and arrange the refund.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be reimbursed without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement uses the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Your license ends with the withdrawal.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For contracts about digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun – that is, with the download or activation of Cursora Pro – after you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal and received a confirmation of the contract (§ 18 (1) 11 FAGG).
In any case: 30 days money back
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we refund the full price within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked (see the terms, section 6).
