Questions about Pro
Do I need the free plugin?
Yes. Cursora Pro is an add-on: install the free Cursora plugin first, then add Pro. Your settings stay in the free plugin.
What counts as a website?
Each WordPress site where Pro is activated uses one license slot. You can move a license to another site at any time, and development sites on localhost don’t count.
How does the free trial work?
Start the 14-day trial without a credit card. If you don’t buy, the trial simply ends and the free plugin keeps working.
What happens when my license expires?
Pro keeps working. You only stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes – within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked. Just write to support@cursora.webhoch.com.
Who sends the invoice and charges VAT?
Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record, processes the payment, charges VAT or sales tax where required and sends the invoice. Businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout.
